“Go for it now. The future is promised to no one.” ~Wayne Dyer
I had big plans to bring you another Street Style feature today, but my grandparents were badly hurt in a car accident last night.
My Grandpa was laying in his hospital bed, in a lot of pain with a long recovery ahead, but he was surprisingly upbeat. “I’m still here,” he said, “it could always be worse.”
My grandparents aren’t sentimental people. But their gratitude for today — even a today full of pain and morphine — was inspiring.
So no matter what’s on your mind and what you’re struggling with, I hope you seize today.
