Shopping at O’Day Cache

Liz at O’Day Cache

O’Day Cache is known for antiques and accessories from China and India, but it’s my go-to stop when I need unique gifts, something sparkly or a little touch of the exotic.

It’s a tactile place, a treasure trove of silky scarves, chandelier earrings, bejeweled little trinkets and embellishments for your home and for your closet.

It’s an excellent source for gifts, since it’s chock full of gorgeous things that nobody really needs (and therefore won’t buy for themselves), but that everybody wants. Something a little decadent is often the best gift of all.

And if you’re redecorating or looking for a little artful decor to make your home looked lived in (and curated over time), this is a great place to browse.

Cindy, the owner, stocks a range of antiques, art objects and decorative touches from China, India and beyond. It’s a pleasure to just stroll through the aisles.

And if you’re not in the area, you can always shop online!

What about you? What are your favorite places to window shop? What do you like to give and receive as gifts?
