Father’s Day Gift Guide
It’s almost Father’s Day and since I have a little one at home now, it’s been on my mind. Sometimes Father’s Day gifts are almost a cliche — the ties, the tools, the grilling gear — but I think a quality version of a time-honored gift is still a good option…after all, sometimes things are a cliche for a reason!
So if you’re still looking for something for dad, here are some ideas. And a happy early Father’s Day to all you dads out there.

For the Sporty Dad: A night at the ballpark. Nothing says summer like a hot dog and a beer on a summer night.
The Minnesota Twins and the Fargo-Moorhead Red Hawks are two of my favorites, but one day I’ll make it to a Saint Paul Saints or a Winnipeg Goldeyes game, since they’re so close to me and I’ve never been.

Available locally (and online) at Vintage Point and Sweet Dreams Confections

There’s just something so sexy about the resurgence of dapper details in mens’ clothing. If your dad appreciates classic tailoring, a really eye-catching pair of cuff links will be right up his alley.
These are available locally at Baker Garden and Gift

Available locally at Shannalee

These nifty whisky stones will chill his drink without watering it down. Throw in some sweet rocks glasses and you’ve got a gift he can enjoy after a long day or share with friends.
Available locally at Unglued
